Shipping & Delivery

If you are ordering an item from Galatiafilms.com, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For estimated time for delivery please visit Shipping Options.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Galatia Films, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

All pre-orders (orders placed before March 30th, 2009), will ship on or right before the official release date of March 30th, 2009. Pre-orders will ship according to the shipping option chosen by the customer. All pre-orders will include a Reclaiming the Blade T-shirt as per current promotion.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.

Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Returns & Replacements

DVDs purchased from Galatiafilms.com are easily returned to Galatiafilms.com within 15 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. To return an item, contact our customer service via the contact email page and obtain a return authorization number, which must be included in your return shipment. This number will be provided to you by Customer Care when you complete your return request and allows us to tie you with your order. If your item is sent to us without this authorization number it cannot be processed.

We will accept returns of new, unopened items in the original shipping condition that you no longer want because you have changed your mind. We will refund the cost of the items, but not shipping and handling charges. If a promotional code was used for purchasing an item, you will be refunded the cost of the product less the promotional discount received. You will be required to pay the cost of returning the item and may also be charged a restocking fee of $1.90. We reserve the right to modify the restocking fee policy and amount at any time.

We will accept returns of new, unopened items that are damaged, defective or not the correct item. We will replace the item or refund the cost of the items as well as shipping and handling charges depending on what you request and the availability of the product you are returning. You will be required to pay the cost of returning the item, but we will refund to you an amount equal to the to the amount of the original shipping and handling charge for your original order, regardless of your actual cost in returning the item. For example, if you ordered an item that cost $20, paid $5 shipping and handling as part of your original order, and then returned the item to us because it was damaged, defective, or not the correct item, we will refund you $30 ($25 for the original cost plus shipping and handling and $5 for the return shipping).

Ordering

1. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our fulfillment center.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Galtiafilms.com, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "save for later" button next to the title. The item will move from your current Shopping Cart to the "Saved Items--To Buy Later" list below.

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

4. Sign In

Enter your e-mail address. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Indicate that you are a new customer. (Do not fill in the password field; you will be asked to provide a password for your account later in the process.) Click the "Sign in" button.

5. Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO address, click here for further instructions. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

6. Choose a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Please note that it's not possible to request a specific carrier.

We will estimate shipment dates for you on the order form, just before you submit your order. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order.

Also, please note that the availability listings on our website are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.

The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

7. Provide Payment Information and a Password

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. Galatiafilms.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal payments. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to Galatiafilms.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure to choose something you will remember the next time you want to place an order.

• - Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters.
• - It's best to avoid passwords that are easy to guess.
• - Though it's not a requirement, adding numbers or special characters to your password will make it even stronger.

8. Review and Submit Your Order




Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment. 1-Click shopping is automatically turned on for you so that it's even easier to order in the future.

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.
